Have you ever had that almost undetectable feeling of centrifugal force, pinning you to the wall in fear. You know, like that amusement ride, where the floor drops out from under you?
You want to act but there's a block...you stuck friend. Straight up uncomfortable. held back, just along for the ride. Frozen, just waiting for it to pass.
But there's something deep inside, and it's yours and it won't stop nudging you until you break free.
Being uncomfortable may be the greatest guide on your journey. In my opinion, the more uncomfortable the better. Discomfort signals change is happening or needs to... either way it's the opposite of stagnant! You're going somewhere!
Set that flicker inside ablaze.
Sometimes just changing the energetic feeling in a room or changing the game plan can open space for passion, purpose, creativity and life to thrive. To flow.
Light it up, and clear it out.
Draw a line and make it messy.

Smudging your home or self removes stagnant energy, creates opportunity for new intention and overall ease.
You may feel a bit hocus pocus the first time...I did! but after there is a sense of presence, you are in charge of the ride you're on. You can choose to release old energy, to embrace change and foster your potential
Of course Smudging your eyeliner... is THE ultimate finger to the ego.
And I'm about that.
It's not always perfect, it's not always straight and most often... there lies the beauty.
I like to take a MAC Paintpot in a darker shade, line and then smudge away. It has an all day holding power and wears effortlessly.
